Meetings and Incentive Travel is one of the major event journals of the event industry. Every year it asks event organisers to vote for their preferred suppliers in 20 categories.

Holding their inaugural Awards Ceremony this year, they were delighted to receive a large and positive response from clients who voted for their favourite venues in ten categories.
Hospitality Assured Business Excellence Award (Gold) 2008
The Institute of Hospitality runs the Hospitality Assured Accreditation Scheme, the quality standard specifically for customer facing hospitality businesses. The accreditation benchmarks establishments on 10 elements of the customer journey.

The World of Learning Awards are the learning industry’s most prestigious awards. Judged by an independent panel of experts, they recognise and reward organisations and people who have significantly advanced workplace productivity and performance within the field of learning and development.

Hospitality Assured
The Institute of Hospitality runs the Hospitality Assured Accreditation Scheme, the quality standard specifically for customer facing hospitality businesses. The accreditation benchmarks establishments on 10 elements of the customer journey. The Møller Centre has been involved with Hospitality Assured for over 11 years, increasing its score each year. Its latest result (2009) saw the score increase to 83.8% from 81.2% in 2008.
Meetings Industry Association
The Meetings Industry Association is the largest association for the meetings industry for the UK & Ireland, and the keepers of AIM (Accredited in Meetings) the only meetings industry standard endorsed by VisitBritain. Membership of the Meetings Industry Association and achievement of AIM clearly demonstrates a commitment to world class service and exceptional business principles. The Møller Centre currently has entry level status but is working towards Gold standard.
The service we received surpassed expectations; every member of staf was friendly and accommodating which allowed us to really focus on the content of our meeting.
