The Møller Centre is the only dedicated residential executive training and conference centre in Cambridge, recently voted Best UK Management Training Centre.
Meeting Rooms
The unique Scandinavian designed building and interiors, with emphasis placed on natural daylight, flexibility and good design provides a stimulating and creative environment for learning and development. The recently expanded Study Centre is designed as a collaborative learning environment, continuing The Møller Centre’s tradition of creating buildings that put the needs of users first with state of the art technology, flexibility of use, supported by a highly trained, professional team.
The Centre has 23 meeting rooms, 71 bedrooms, restaurant, bar, leisure facilities and ample free parking on site. It is located close to the centre of Cambridge in 42 acres of parkland which provides a tranquil environment for delegates. There is also quick and easy access to the road, rail and air network, meaning that many of the UK’s leading sites of academic and historic interest are readily accessible.
Technology
All meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, air conditioning, touch panel heating and lighting controls, magnetic walls, wired and wireless (8Mb) internet, ample wall and floor power sockets and telephone points. The lecture theatre has fixed tier seating, all other rooms are flat floored. For our Chinese guests, we provide Chinese text enabled pc’s.
Accommodation
The Møller Centre has 71 en-suite bedrooms, providing a relaxing environment combined with contemporary design. The majority of the bedrooms look out over the grounds of Churchill College, a peaceful haven in today’s modern world. Cambridge city centre, with its vibrant night life, is a short walk away.
All of our bedrooms come with in-room tea and coffee making facilities, (including Chinese tea and mugs, packet noodles), mini bar, full size ironing board and iron, hairdryer, security safe and multi channel digital plasma TV all come as standard. We also offer a daily laundry service.
For those needing to catch up on work, or with friends and family, all rooms have complimentary cabled and wireless broadband and provide extra large working areas for laptops and documents.
Guests staying at the Centre can enjoy our superb bar offering a wide selection of light meals, beers, wines, cocktails and soft drinks. Renowned for its stunning views over Cambridge's skyline, it's the perfect place to catch up on some work, use our free PCs to surf the web, read the newspaper, network or socialise.
Cuisine
The Møller Centre is passionate about food. You can choose from a varied menu of locally sourced, high quality ingredients served in our restaurant or enjoy a more flexible buffet while networking. We aim to provide a range of food that offers a choice to every delegate.
For many of our Chinese executive education programmes we offer a tailored range of Chinese or Western menus at every meal as well as offering the opportunity to eat in a traditional Cambridge college and visit a British pub.
