IACC Code of Sustainability: Gold 2012 – 2016
The International Association of Conference Centres (IACC) is a not-for-profit, facilities-based organisation whose mission is to assist members in providing the most productive meeting facilities around the world.
By signing the Code of Sustainability, IACC members agree to support IACC’s Environmental Policy, to adopt the tenets of the code, and to join other members in an association-wide effort to continually strive for greater sustainability.

The Møller Centre’s Environmental Management System (EMS) has achieved the internally recognised ISO14001 certification. The EMS provides a framework to help businesses reduce environmental impact as well as grow sustainably.
BDRC Continental VenueVerdict: Gold Standard 2009 – 2016
BDRC Continental VenueVerdict is a real time customer feedback and competitor bench-marking system which provides the intelligence required to make service improvements for bottom line impact.
The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to those properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher, from 40 or more Business Event Host responses.
Hospitality Assured Premier Accreditation and Highest Scoring Organisation Award 2009, 2011, 2014 and 2015
Hospitality Assured is the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality specifically for customer facing businesses. Accredited businesses follow world class processes, customer service standards and employee engagement. We have taken part in the assessments since 1999.
