We are recruiting for a hard working individual to join our Conference Services Team to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
This is predominantly an evening based role working 14.00-22.30, 3/4 times a week, although this may vary with business levels.
To actively engage with our clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring all aspects of the customer journey are effectively delivered.
The role is physical and involves cleaning, setting up and maintaining the technical/conference facilities and designated public areas throughout the Centre to the agreed standards.
The successful candidate will be able to plan and prioritise effectively and efficiently and possess excellent attention to detail skills. The ability to communicate with customers, staying calm under pressure, is essential.
Experience of using AV/IT equipment is desirable but not essential.
Health and Safety
You must ensure that all Health, Safety and Security regulations are adhered to at all times, this includes the fire procedures, manual handling, COSHH, sharps and VDU regulations, all of which you will be made aware. Please ensure that you report any faults or infringements of these procedures or act immediately where appropriate to correct them. You will be provided with all the relevant statutory training required for you to carry out your role safely and further development requirements would be discussed at your personal development review.
