High impact practical learning

We believe the staple executive education diet of taught academic lectures, case studies, descriptions of tools and frameworks is not enough by itself. Instead we provide high impact learning that sticks and encourages behavioural change in leaders and managers for improved performance.

We recognise there are different dimensions of learning, including intellectual, emotional and action-based, that have to be addressed in order to create an applied executive education experience for our executives. With a strong focus on personal leadership and developing self-awareness in leaders, we work closely with our clients to develop experiential and blended programmes that combine a multi-dimensional approach to learning. The starting points for our approach to design and delivery are the specific organisational challenges and circumstances facing leaders and their stakeholders. We are careful in our needs analysis to ensure we engage with a large number of organisational stakeholders and decision-makers. In this way we design our programmes to ensure that learning outcomes are fit for the purpose of addressing organisational priorities most important for our clients.
