The Møller Centre picked up two prestigious awards at the Meetings and Incentive Travel Industry Awards 2015 – the meetings and events industry’s premier awards ceremony. The Møller Centre won silver awards in the categories of Best UK Management Training Centre’ and ‘Best Conference & Banqueting Staff’.
The annual M&IT Awards are the meetings and events industry’s only independently verified and audited awards and are voted for by event organisers and the readers of M&IT magazine to reward excellence and celebrate the best in the business. The glitzy award ceremony at Battersea Evolution, London was hosted by rugby legend Matt Dawson and were attended by a record 1140 movers and shakers from the global hospitality industry.
Stefan Mitham, Head of Sales for The Møller Centre explained: “Winning these awards, voted for by event organisers, is a wonderful achievement for our team in a year where we have worked closely with our clients to deliver excellent service and ‘business as usual’ during an extensive building project. To meet the growing demand for our style of learning provision we have built new meeting rooms, kitchens and bedrooms which will be open just after Easter. For the last four years we have won gold in the Best UK Management Training Centre, so I must confess I was slightly disappointed not to make it five, but winning silver during our development year recognises a superb team effort and we are very excited about showing our clients the new facilities which will further enhance their learning experience at The Møller Centre.”
