Prior to the programme delegates will be required to undertake a short Multi-Rater diagnostic – where individual self-perception is combined with others’ perceptions, to achieve an accurate picture of an individual’s working style and relationships.

Facilitator Mike Mister is a Partner and Head of the Leadership Practice at Møller PSF Group and is a certified instructor for the administration and delivery of SOCIAL STYLE® & Versatility. Mike has over 20 years experience in the professional service sector and led the development of SOCIAL STYLE® to over 40,000 people in a large global professional service firm.
