HR Culture of Innovation provides a framework and a set of tools for understanding how to diagnose and influence culture, stimulate innovation, and successfully support change in your organisation.
The sessions include exploration of IDEO’s Design Thinking, Johnson & Scholes’ Cultural Web, Lewin’s Force Field Analysis, and ExperiencePoint’s Change Simulation, enabling participants to:
- View your role at a more strategic level
- Communicate more confidently, influence others, and drive change
- Manage difficult conversations resulting from change
- Design and deliver more valuable experiences for your internal customers
Facilitators Des Woods, Ruth Berry and Adam Billing are Executive Education Associates of the Møller Centre, and have extensive leadership development, innovation, change management and people development experience.
HR Culture of Innovation will be held at the Møller Centre, Churchill College, Cambridge.
