HR Culture of Creativity & Innovation

Start date: 09/05/2017 - 10/05/2017

This two-day residential programme explores culture and innovation. Designed specifically for HR, L&D and OD professionals, the sessions will help you shape your organisation’s people strategy, adapt its culture to be more innovative, pre-empt and deal with the difficult outcomes of change, and design environments and experiences that have positive performance and engagement outcomes.

Innovation for People Professionals – an essential survival skill

HR Culture of Innovation provides a framework and a set of tools for understanding how to diagnose and influence culture, stimulate innovation, and successfully support change in your organisation.

The sessions include exploration of IDEO’s Design Thinking, Johnson & Scholes’ Cultural Web, Lewin’s Force Field Analysis, and ExperiencePoint’s Change Simulation, enabling participants to:

  • View your role at a more strategic level
  • Communicate more confidently, influence others, and drive change
  • Manage difficult conversations resulting from change
  • Design and deliver more valuable experiences for your internal customers
