Stuart Websdale

General Manager

Stuart has been General Manager of the Møller Centre since 2004, Deputy General Manager for 18 months prior.

Stuart is totally focused on creating and maintaining the perfect environment for learning, training and executive education.

Prior to moving to the UK, Stuart was a Hotel Assistant Manager and General Manager in Australia with a focus on food, bar, retail and gaming.  He also has operational and administration experience in large sporting clubs and resorts.

Supported by the senior management and head of department teams Stuart covers the following areas: strategic and business planning; staffing issues, including development, career planning and retention; standards and operational procedures; people and training issues; staff and customer welfare; health and safety, venue presentation and maintenance; co-ordination and function issues; the planning and delivery of capital investment projects; legal compliance; Churchill College liaison and competitor analysis and market research.
